Hello, I’m Emilie Swayze. I have accumulated over two decades of experience developing a unique professional background for providing service to new and growing RIAs.

 

It started with a social work and psychology degree, combined with years at an organization development firm and certification as a Professional Life Coach. I consulted thousands of business owners on hiring, leadership development, and team building, I've also contributed to talent selection for the NHL.

Then, I spent thirteen years at a prestigious compliance firm, serving in various roles, including CFO/COO, Senior Compliance Consultant, Outsourced CCO, and Outsourced Controller. “Compliance is fun!” said no one ever. However, I think building relationships, solving problems, and helping people achieve their goals is fun. Thus, I started HawkScape Consulting in 2023.

Based in Central NJ, I'm happily married with two wonderful daughters, a Bulldog, and a Pug. Outside work, I enjoy gardening, painting, collaborating on projects with my husband, shooting at the range with my dad, and volunteering at church.  I also offer free grief counseling to the local community.
